KPMG in the U.S.

Glenn has over 20 years of experience advising on private equity transactions globally, specializing in the use of partnerships and limited liability companies in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and restructurings. Currently, Glenn is the Global Tax Leader responsible for KPMG’s Private Equity practice. Glenn is the Global Lead Partner for Blackstone, and in this role has overall responsibility for all the work undertaken by KPMG for both Blackstone and all of its portfolio companies.

Glenn joined the U.S. member firm of KPMG in 2008 as a direct-entry partner. Prior to joining KPMG, Glenn served in the Office of Chief Counsel of the IRS’s National Office and was subsequently a member of another big 4 firm’s Washington National Tax office.
