James Lewis

James Lewis leads the EMA Region Financial Services Regulatory Insight Centre (RIC). The RIC plays a key role in helping KPMG professionals to stay abreast of the latest regulatory developments and enabling them to provide insights on the potential business and regulatory impact for clients. James is also a Partner in the UK firm’s Financial Risk Management practice and has over 15 years’ experience working with capital market clients focusing on a variety of topics including market and liquidity risk, front to back processes and assessing conduct risk and regulations in complex trading environments. Over the last 5 years, James has worked with clients on a diverse array of conduct related topics global IBOR and benchmark reviews, FX Conduct risk and the recent implementation of the EU Benchmark regulation. James holds a DPhil in Physics and is a qualified ACA.
