His areas of expertise include, inter alia, corporate advisory, M&A deals, legal due diligence projects, regulatory compliance advisory, representation of and assistance to foreign investors, civil and commercial law advisory, employment and immigration advisory. Before joining KPMG, he has worked as a legal professional in different public and private organizations, where he has held various positions.
