Mark Hollings is a Director in Capital Markets Transformation, and has significant experience in developing and implementing strategic change within Financial Services. This experience includes defining updated target operating models, risk management and underpinning processes, technology identification and implementation. Mark has delivered the full lifecycle of implementation, from programme identification and business case development, through project delivery to final implementation and immediate business support. Prior to working at KPMG, Mark worked for a global bank delivering its transformation programme.
