Naina is the National Digital Infrastructure Lead for KPMG in Canada, providing strategic advice to clients across sectors on the value and application of next generation hyperconnectivity technologies in driving social, economic, and commercial impact. Naina specializes in strategic transformation, complex program management, technology-enabled innovation, customer-centered strategy, and pragmatic operational excellence. She advises clients on unlocking exponential value through digital infrastructure technologies that help meet the needs for a future-ready society – focused on efficiency, resiliency, and sustainability. This spans from helping bridge the digital divide, to defining the transformative impact of technologies such as 5G and IoT, to unlocking new era of digital twin thinking. Naina is a part of the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) Advisory team, owing to her advisory and industry experience working within the Canadian telecommunications sector. She has advised telecommunication clients across various areas including strategic go-to-market and operations strategy, digital and customer experience transformation, program and capital governance, and data and analytics.
