Cormac is an Associate Director in KPMG’s EU Tax Centre in KPMG in the Netherlands. He is currently on secondment from the Tax Knowledge Centre of KPMG in Ireland. Cormac’s areas of focus at the EU Tax Centre include the EU Anti-Tax Avoidance Directive, EU mandatory disclosure rules (DAC6) and OECD BEPS initiatives. Prior to joining the Irish Tax Knowledge Centre, Cormac previously worked in the financial services taxation practice in KPMG in Ireland, specializing in aviation finance and leasing. He has over seven years’ experience advising a broad range of businesses on Irish and international tax matters and has advised on many aviation finance-related deals including large aircraft portfolio sales and acquisitions, asset backed securitisations and group reorganisations.
