Matthias Degen is a Partner in the Financial Services practice at KPMG Switzerland. He has extensive experience in managing and executing risk advisory projects and regulatory audit engagements for financial institutions. His current focus is offering comprehensive advisory services around the CRO agenda for banks. With expertise in the areas of risk and capital management, he works with clients to help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their risk governance framework, their front-to-back risk operating model and help ensure compliance with new regulatory requirements.
