Lyndie is the Head of Global Sector Marketing & Communications at KPMG International, overseeing the implementation of an integrated global marketing and communications strategy that supports the organization’s strategic objectives. Throughout her more than 15 years of experience in marketing and communication at international professional services firms, she has always placed a high value on creative thinking and growth-oriented results. Lyndie is a recognized marketing leader who assists KPMG stakeholders in developing go-to-market strategies that align with their priorities and reach key audiences through omnichannel initiatives such as thought leadership, digital, print, social media, podcasts, global publication series, webcasts, and international conferences. Her proven success in leading, encouraging, and developing diverse teams has earned her a highly regarded reputation as a key collaborator. Since 2016, she has led the KPMG Global Energy Institute, where she is responsible for developing thought leadership, conducting research, and developing educational programs. During her tenure as global energy and natural resources marketing director, she achieved impressive results, including helping KPMG firms achieve the top position among international energy & natural resources consulting firms in 2021. Furthermore, under her leadership, KPMG established a significant presence on-site at the 2022 United Nations Climate Change Conference or Conference of the Parties of the UNFCCC, commonly known as COP27. In addition to increasing KPMG's on-site brand by more than 1000% during COP27, she developed a marketing and communication campaign that assisted the United Nations Development Programme and the World Wildlife Fund in launching their "A Just Energy Transformation" program.
