Mr. Reto Benz

As an Audit Partner, Reto Benz believes that being in constant touch with his clients is important if he is to be an expert point of contact for them at all times. His client experience encompasses listed groups of companies, family businesses and major subsidiaries of international corporations, mainly in the sectors of industry, consumer goods and retail, technology, and real estate/construction. Following a degree in business administration from the University of Zurich, Reto qualified as a Swiss Certified Accountant. He has also gained several additional qualifications, including in IFRS and VAT. During his career at KPMG, which spans over 20 years, he has also gained an in-depth knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER, consolidation and capital market transactions. As the Head of Regional Markets Switzerland, Reto is responsible for sales strategy and market cultivation at KPMG’s 11 Swiss offices, which are geared toward bringing KPMG strong and lasting growth in the SME market segment and enabling it to better serve local organizations.
