Priyank Baveja

Priyank is the National Lead for Cyber Defence at KPMG Australia. He brings to this role two decades of experience in information technology and cyber security. Priyank’s expertise includes cyber security threats and risk assessments, cyber adversary simulations, security architecture and design, and emerging technology risks. Priyank is focused on enabling organisations to embed security in their technology solutions and digital platforms. He is also the global co-lead of KPMG’s Secure DevOps working group. Priyank started his career in 2002 with the world’s largest IT service provider, where he transitioned into the core team that established the organisation’s cyber security consulting services. He joined KPMG in India in 2007 and in 2014, moved to the Australian firm. He has consulted to over 100 companies from a diverse range of industries and government across Australia, India, Europe and the US.
