Alison Bowler

Alison is a dynamic and challenging thinker who enables organizations to successfully change themselves. Her approach focuses on the workforce as the key enabler to change – ensuring individuals across the organization are equipped and ready for the journey ahead. Alison is also a management consultant in KPMG in the UK’s People Consulting practice. In this role, her clients value her ability rapidly to understand complex issues and translate them into a way forward which is easy to follow and builds confidence in the future.

Having worked extensively with both local and central government clients, Alison understands their workforce challenges and opportunities. Her skill in building trust and confidence at all levels of an organization enables her to decode organizational strategy into ‘what matters most’ to an organization’s individuals.

Alison is a mother and ex police officer who is prepared to ask difficult questions and likes to challenge the status quo. She loves learning and is happy to acknowledge that she learns something new from and about her daughter every day!
