Bozorg began his career at a large pharmaceutical in Europe. During his 5 year stint, he worked directly with numerous consulting companies. This experience drove him to complete his MBA and start his dream job as a strategy consultant. Bozorg set-up and grew his own consulting firm over a 23 year period. The company offered strategy and operational services to both Finnish and global clients. One of Bozorg’s key achievements was to become the sole strategy adviser for a leading European beverage company in 1996, a relationship that continues to this day. He believes this groundbreaking assignment emphasized the increased level of content, process and people specialization required from strategy consultants. Bozorg joined KPMG in Finland’s Global Strategy Group (GSG) when his company was merged with GSG in Finland and is excited about its diverse capabilities and differentiated approach to strategy consulting. He firmly believes that experience and expertise across our proposition set is the key to becoming an excellent practitioner.
