Shirin Yasargil

Shirin advises Swiss and foreign corporate clients on various aspects of business law and is a member of the Employment and Immigration Practice Group. Her key areas of experience are employment law, immigration law and corporate law. She has been advising numerous well-known globally acting companies for years, particularly in the areas of global employment and immigration matters including but not limited to assignment structuring and assignment contract/policy drafting, immigration compliance consulting (incl. work permit processing). She has more than 7 years experience in the field of International Mobility Services. Prior to joining KPMG, Shirin worked with a business law firm in Zurich.
