Mr Robin Walduck

Robin is the Global Head of Tax & Legal for Financial Services at KPMG and is based in the UK; he is a partner in the Financial Services practice in KPMG. He has more than 25 years’ experience in investment banking and the wider financial services industry. He spent seven years working in investment banking (in the UK and Hong Kong) focused on the development, origination and execution of complex transactions for global clients. The remainder of his time has been spent as a professional adviser supporting some of the world’s largest banks, inter-dealer brokers and commodity traders with tax, M&A and advisory projects. Robin holds qualifications with both the Association of Taxation Technicians and the Chartered Institute of Taxation and earned a Bachelor of Science degree with honours.
