Her 15 years of advisory experience blended with her coaching skillset has been instrumental in supporting clients to accomplish all kinds of transformation and talent-development related outcomes, from helping organizations align their people, processes and technology to their business’ vision and strategy for the future, to delivering and managing the programs that turn strategy into reality.
