Eoghan is our Head of People Services and also has particular experience advising on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, having previously led KPMG's Irish M&A tax team. Eoghan provides transfer pricing and tax structuring advice to a wide range of Irish and multinational corporate and private equity clients across a range of industries, including life sciences, technology, retail and manufacturing. Eoghan has in particular worked with a considerable number of successful emerging Irish businesses and is on the Council of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce.
