Tim has a particular focus on helping clients lead through major change, in particular cultural change and change in the context of mergers, acquisitions and disposals. Tim has over 20 years of experience in supporting clients across all sectors – but in particular regulated industries including Banking, Life Sciences and Energy & Natural Resources. Tim has spent time working in senior line roles in Learning, as well as leading the HR function for KPMG in the UK and across the EMEA region. He is a chartered occupational psychologist.
