Jorge currently serves as the Head of Tax & Legal for KPMG Mexico and the Mexico/Central America Cluster Leader, KPMG Americas Tax & Legal*. The Mexican and Central American Tax practices consist of more than 60 partners and 830 professionals from member firms across 8 countries.
For over 19 years, Jorge has advised multinational companies in connection with cross-border transactions, inbound and outbound investments, mergers and acquisitions and evaluation of tax efficient alternatives.
