Nick has a track record of growing profits at financial services businesses through top line growth and through cost reduction and organisational transformation. With more than 30 years of experience in the UK, US, Europe and the Middle East, Nick has worked across a broad range of industries. For the last 20 years he has focussed on the insurance sector, working with insurers, brokers and reinsurers alike. Nick brings a strategic focus to his work which helps drive larger and longer-term benefits. Nick leads our thought leadership work in the operational resilience area. Prior to joining KPMG, Nick held a number of positions at financial services firms as Managing Director, Commercial Director and Strategy Director.
