Ugo has experience working for both multinational organizations and start-up’s in a variety of Corporate Strategy and Corporate Development positions. Since joining KPMG in the UK in 2001, Ugo has worked within the Corporates Advisory team where he has advised some of KPMG’s largest global clients in both the Industrial Manufacturing and Consumer sectors. His work and project experience has involved tackling strategic and transformational initiatives triggered by corporate transactions, transformation and regulatory changes and with a high degree of change and stakeholder engagement.
