Consulting Intern, Customer and Operations Consulting

Office location: Ho Chi Minh City/ Hanoi

The Customer & Operations (C&O) Consulting Intern will support our team of consultants in providing strategic, tactical and operational enhancement solutions to our clients. This internship offers valuable exposure to the world of management consulting, working with top-caliber clients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. There are 2 distinct tracks depending on your career orientation:

  1. Customer: focuses on Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience
  2. Operations: focuses on Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis to support the development of business solutions to clients.
  • Assist in gathering, organizing, and synthesizing client data for analysis.
  • Participate in client meetings and workshops, taking detailed notes and contributing to discussions.
  • Contribute to the creation and refinement of client presentations and reports.
  • Assist in project management tasks, such as tracking project timelines, coordinating resources, and monitoring progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance knowledge and contribute to client engagements.
  • Translate reports and documents from Vietnamese to English and vice versa.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent, or a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent, or a Bachelor’s degree in Economics or equivalent.
  • Self-starter with a keen interest in learning and growing in the field of management consulting.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks, organize projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Skill in structuring and layering complex business problems, in interpreting and integrating analysis results and in drawing conclusions.
  • Ability to identify and understand a problem quickly and develop approaches to resolve the problem.
  • Team-oriented.
  • Excellent attention to detail and diligent care on quality of work.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Availability to travel in Vietnam and Cambodia.
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office, Powerpoint, Word, Excel, PowerBI or similar data analytical tools.
