Deals Intern, Valuation

Responsibilities:

• Assist in performing valuations of businesses, tangible and intangible assets, and financial instruments including derivatives.
• Prepare and analyze financial models and assess financial projection and their underlying assumptions.
• Perform desktop research for capital weakest data and for the analysis of weakest conditions and frauds.
• Support business development initiatives, including preparing proposals.
• Other tasks and assignments required by seniors and managers.

Requirements:

• Final year student or fresh graduate with bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant subjects, e.g. accounting, finance, economics plus also mathematics, natural sciences or IT-related fields.
• Analytically minded and possessing critical thinking skills.
• Strong willingness and ability to further develop your technical knowledge and learn from others.
• Strong organizational, time management skills and effective communication skills
• Self-motivated with a high level of initiative.
• Enthusiastic, demonstrate “can do” and “team working” attitude with an ability to learn quickly.
• Fluent in English, speaking another language is a plus.
• Accounting knowledge, good research skills and/or experience in consulting environment is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office.
