Innovate through times of disruption
Our world is changing. Successful organisations are those who consistently demonstrate the foresight, agility and speed which our new reality demands. Businesses across all industries and markets now need to transform at pace, building a future with digital at its heart.
KPMG Ignition helps you to do this. It brings together insights, people and technology to spark innovation and deliver the lasting change needed to thrive in today’s world.
Build a future with digital at its heart
Bring together people, insight and technology
Digital transformation can’t be achieved with technology alone. It takes human insight and experience, too. You get that from our subject matter experts. You also get access to the latest technology from us and our alliance partners, allowing you to seize opportunity in an era of disruptive change.
Accelerate ideation, work and design
This time of uncertainty demands business works to a new speed. KPMG Ignition enables you to achieve your goal in just weeks, days or even hours. Our innovative methods, tools and environments are designed to help you frame and solve problems fast. And you don’t miss out on the critical conversations needed to drive powerful and lasting outputs.
Drive tech-enabled co-creation
We use sophisticated data analytics, together with a range of technology capabilities including data science, data visualisation, analytics, artificial intelligence and product engineering to deliver digitally-enabled, modern solutions.
Collaborate and co-create
Whether participating in person, virtually, or a hybrid model of both, we create an environment that works for your team and promotes powerful co-creation. We’ve designed a series of physical and online spaces to foster organic collaboration.
From horizon-scanning to solution building, the Ignition way of working brings you and your teams together with the best of KPMG and its ecosystem of alliance partners. We offer five key Ignition experiences. These span the thinking, conversations and tangible work that go into delivering real, sustainable change.

Make your innovation a reality

We give you a dedicated space where your team can work alongside our experts. We can help you build and test a prototype, proof of concept or minimum viable product. Or we can apply our approach to validate process blueprints or dashboards.
You’ll leave with:
- A prototype, proof of concept, minimum viable product or customer journey map.
- Important feedback, learning and insights to inform investment decisions.
- Validation of your business case and strategic direction.
