Sarah has spent the last 16 years’ working with her clients to ensure they have put in place effective controls over their financial reporting processes. She has been instrumental in delivering some of our largest and most complex US SOx audits.
Sarah is an expert in assurance and has delivered projects across a wide-range of regulatory driven subject matters, focused primarily on the banking industry. Sarah is a key member of the KPMG working group on the UK response to a proposed ‘SOx’ framework, and wider Audit Reform impacts. Sarah is a controls SME and helps clients design efficient, automated solutions across finance and ESG control types.
