Rich is a corporate lawyer in the KPMG Law team in London. He has extensive experience of mergers & acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, equity fundraisings and corporate reorganisations.

Before joining KPMG Law, Rich worked in the London and Moscow offices of Herbert Smith Freehills. He has also spent time seconded to Goldman Sachs, to LendInvest and to the Government of Sierra Leone.
