Tim is a partner and co-leads our legal practice in the South of the UK outside London. Tim focuses on corporate and company law, acting for privately owned businesses, Private Equity and large corporates. He provides multi-disciplinary advice and implementation across a range of sectors alongside tax, consulting and corporate finance colleagues. Tim and his team specialise in: M&A for buyers and sellers, the implementation of tax reorganisations locally and globally, and complex corporate legal advisory work. Tim particularly works with owners and management teams of private businesses undergoing transactions, including advising in relation to PE deals.

Tim qualified in the City of London, at a firm with a strong Private Equity focus before moving into the Big 4 and focusing on providing pragmatic solutions and advice to clients as part of a multidisciplinary team. Tim has also spent time in-house, working for a tech start-up and in a multinational’s c.£25bn pension fund, responsible for their investments into PE funds.
