Emily, as KPMG Connected Learning’s Commercial Director, leads the Commercials strategy for the creation and delivery of digital and blended learning programmes for clients.
Professional and Industry Experience
Emily is the Commercial Director of KPMG’s Learning services business. In this role she leads the strategic commercial development and delivery of Learning for KPMG clients. She is a Chartered Accountant with a combination of commercial, technology, audit and management consulting experience.
Emily has been with KPMG for over 17 years. Her career has focused on the transformation of clients’ and KPMG’s back office functions, including the design, implementation of new and innovative operating models, and the running of business processes, people and systems. She is experienced at managing C-suite stakeholders, influencing and communicating effectively across all levels and delivering difficult messages when necessary.
As a skilled people leader, she has experience of managing teams across multiple geographies
She is commercially minded and strategic thinker and, as a completer finisher with a highly efficient approach to multi-tasking and delegation; she thrives on putting in place clear structures to enable progress and achieve targets.
Emily is also a part-time working mother of twins.
