Source’s Perceptions of Consulting in Financial Services 2025 study reveals what 641 executives, directors, and senior managers in financial services think about the leading consulting services firms and examines clients’ perceptions of the quality, value, and attributes of different firms as they move from awareness, to shortlisting a firm, to their experience as a direct client. Respondents were asked to identify three firms they’re familiar with, giving Source 1,923 responses about different firms. Respondents represent a wide range of countries and business functions, and 92% work in organizations that generate more than $500 million in revenue.
