The war in the Middle East is forcing organizations with operations in the region to make rapid decisions affecting their workforce. Many companies are seeking insight into peer approaches for supporting employees who are affected by the conflict. To address this need, KPMG has developed a confidential benchmarking survey to gather information on current practices, ranging from relocation support to policy administration.
WHY THIS MATTERS
The sole aim of this benchmarking survey is to facilitate the sharing of anonymized insights that global mobility programs may leverage to make informed decisions while managing this complex situation.
Benchmarking Survey
The benchmarking survey was developed as a direct response to organizations’ requests for peer comparison data. The survey gathers data on how companies are addressing a wide range of workforce considerations arising from the war, including (but not limited to):
- Relocation and financial support
- Employee benefits (e.g., retirement, mental wellbeing, etc.)
- Communication methods and strategies
- Tax and permanent establishment considerations
The data submitted will be aggregated and anonymized to help ensure confidentiality. A summary of the aggregated benchmark findings will be shared with participants who opt in, following completion of the survey.
If you are interested in participating, the survey is available here.
