What we’ve done to drive progress
Encourage all our people to become active allies, and increase awareness and acceptance of LGBTQ+ human rights, acknowledging our LGBTQ+ people for all that they are and contribute to our Global organization.
Established our Global Pride employee network in support of our LGBTQ+ people since 2016.
Became a signatory to the UN Human Rights Office Standards of Conduct for Business in 2017, tackling discrimination against Lesbian, Gay, Bi, Trans, and Intersex People.
Host an annual KPMG Global Pride Conference annually since 2020.
Through our membership of the Out Leadership Global LGBTQ+ Business Network, we sent KPMG LGBTQ+ emerging leaders across the globe to the 2021 OutNEXT leadership program.
Co-sponsored WorldPride in Copenhagen in August 2021.
Launched a Global LGBTQ+ Inclusion Statement which sets the tone for our organization at a global level and presents a unified voice on our support and commitments for our LGBTQ+ people and communities.
