Eric is a Managing Director in the firm’s Strategy Practice based in Cleveland focusing on industrial markets. He focuses on operational efficiency and manufacturing strategy with primarily aerospace and industrial clients. Eric has nearly 20 years of experience working in the Industrial Manufacturing sector. He also works closely with KPMG’s Global Industrial Manufacturing practice to drive and deliver KPMG’s i4.0 service offerings in his capacity as KPMG US head of i4.0. Prior to joining KPMG, he worked for a Fortune 500 manufacturer of components for the aerospace and oil and gas sectors, serving as a P&L leader for multiple international subsidiary companies. He has also held roles managing the commercial group, operations, quality, as well as serving as a general manager. In his consulting experience, Eric has primarily lead projects that focus on supply chain optimization, manufacturing strategy, and operational effectiveness at aerospace and industrial clients.
