Jonathan is a KPMG Partner who leads the firm’s Corporate Finance practice in the UK. He also oversees KPMG's wider Deal Advisory Business across the North of England, which comprises corporate finance, valuations, debt advisory, transaction services (due diligence), infrastructure advisory and also involves M&A tax, consulting services and legal services.

Jonathan has been a Corporate Finance Advisor for 25 years, having trained as an ACA with KPMG where he has worked since University. Jonathan has advised hundreds of companies regarding strategy and corporate finance transactions. Most of his deals have involved helping clients sell their businesses with deal sizes ranging from £1 to £600 million.
