Sandy Torchia is the Global Co-Head of People for KPMG International, alongside Colm Gorman. She sits on the organization’s Global Management Team and is responsible for leading the execution of a leading-edge Talent Strategy for over 275,000 KPMG people in 140 countries. Sandy is also the Vice Chair of Talent and Culture at KPMG US and Head of People for the Americas region. Prior to this, Sandy has held various leadership roles within KPMG, including serving as the US firm’s National Managing Partner of Advisory and leading the Risk Advisory Solutions organization and the IT Audit business globally. Her client-service work has focused on helping organizations in the Financial Services and Technology sectors with their technology, financial and operational risk agendas.
