      Colm Gorman is the Global Co-Head of People for KPMG International, alongside Sandy Torchia. He sits on the organization’s Global Management Team and is responsible for leading the execution of a leading-edge Talent Strategy for over 275,000 KPMG people in 140 countries. Colm is also the Head of People for KPMG Ireland and the EMA region. Colm has over 30 years’ experience in human resources in various industry sectors and has held roles across KPMG, including Chief Operating Officer for Global People from 2009-2014.
