The IDC Services CSAT Awards recognize leading service providers across key services markets based on customer satisfaction ratings collected through IDC's Services Path Survey. As part of the 2026 assessment, KPMG member firms were placed in the highest scoring group among providers of Security and Trust Services and received IDC's 2026 Customer Satisfaction Award for Security and Trust Services.
