Vincent Wu is an Audit Partner and the Head of Markets at KPMG Taiwan. He has over 20 years of experience providing financial statement audits, internal control audits and advisory services on accounting systems. He has a thorough understanding of listing rules and regulations for numerous debt and equity offerings. Vincent also developed KPMG Taiwan’s approach to sustainability assurance engagements, including assurance over the use of proceeds of green bonds, sustainability‑linked loans and bonds and full corporate responsibility reports.
In 2018, Vincent was seconded to KPMG Vietnam for three years to develop the Asia–Taiwan Practice. In this role, he led an integrated team that coordinated resources from Taiwan and Vietnam to support Mandarin‑speaking companies across accounting, tax, legal, and M&A services. In addition, Vincent completed a two‑year rotation with KPMG in New York, U.S.A., where he performed PCAOB audits of listed companies and participated in NYSE IPO engagements. His extensive transnational experience enables him to provide KPMG clients with professional insights on cross‑border investments, local implementation and regulatory compliance.
