Michelle is  audit partner of KPMG in Taiwan. She has around 15 years of experience in assurance practice. She has provided audit service for areas such as: Advisory service related to IPO, IFRS introduction , control  management and internal auditing, Equity and tax structure advisory service before public offering, Advisory service for foreign issuers who want to go public and list in Taiwan, IFRS implementation advisory service, Internal control assessment, Audit and attestation related service Including financial statement attestation, corporate income tax return verification and due diligence review, startup counselling, Social business counselling.

Michelle holds a Bachelor Degree of Accounting from Soochow University and is a R.O.C. Certified Public Accountant. She handles financial statement audits, tax certification, and IPO and overseas funding services for various multinational clients mainly in Technology, Media & Telecommunication, and other sectors.
