Ying-Tai joined KPMG in 2016 and is a Partner of KPMG Taiwan. Ying-Tai specializes in cross-border M&A, tax structuring and investment regulations. His areas of focus involve inbound and outbound international tax advisory, cross-border investments and M&A related projects. Ying-Tai also provides general corporate law advisory, corporate registration advisory services to multinational corporations as well as major corporations in Taiwan.

Ying-Tai has cross-border M&A advisory experiences in both Taiwan and USA. Before joining KPMG, Ying-Tai worked at one of the Big4 accounting firms’ international and transaction tax practice in New York.

Ying-Tai is a lecturer of international taxation at National Taiwan University and frequently provides tax and investment lectures to KPMG clients.
