Wayne Lai is currently a Partner and the Head of Advisory at KPMG Taiwan. He is dedicated to helping enterprises and the public sector build agile "operational reflexes" through a global perspective in a changing market.

He specializes in digital transformation strategy, AI application and governance, data innovation, and fintech, with expertise covering stablecoins and VASP (Virtual Asset Service Provider) issues. He has also assisted the public sector in formulating AI application and governance guidelines.

As the Head of Advisory, he takes "Customer Value Center" as his mission, leading cross-disciplinary and integrated consulting services to drive the organization toward comprehensive operational intelligence.

He firmly believes that the core of digital transformation remains "human-centered". Internally, he promotes the "Future is Now" project to strengthen the firm's foundation for an agile and innovative culture. Externally, he leverages AI and innovative technology to help enterprises establish robust risk governance mechanisms and sustainable operating models, achieving win-win value for both growth and sustainability amidst rapid technological changes.

In addition, he exerts long-term industry influence as the host of the KPMG podcast "Innovation Boardroom" and as a columnist for Global Views Monthly, engaging in deep dialogues on transformation trends.

He also serves as a member of the AI and Digital Committee of the General Chamber of Commerce of the ROC and as the Deputy Chairperson of the Application Service Committee of the Cloud Computing & IoT Association in Taiwan, continuing to anchor the digital competitiveness of Taiwan's industries.
