Grace Lu

Grace Lu graduated from the Accounting Department of Soochow University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Southern California (USC). She is an audit partner of the KPMG Taiwan Hsinchu branch office. She is familiar with accounting/auditing standards, such as the US Sabin Act internal control project, PCAOB regulations and practices, implementation of Initial Public Offerings (IPO) plans for high-tech industry and US GAAP and IFRS conversion consultation. She has experience in financial statements audit of US FPI and internal control audits under the Sabine Act, as well as experience in audit and attestation services of financial statements and corporate income tax return certifications for large enterprises; and has provide advisory services related to IPO, accounting systems, management control and internal auditing.
