Chris Lin joined KPMG in 2004 and was secondment to KPMG Finland's Global Transfer Pricing Services in 2005, and 2016 to KPMG Shanghai as Tax Director for the Taiwan Desk.

 

He provides Taiwanese multinational corporations international tax services, focusing on Value Chain Management (VCM) advisory, global transfer pricing planning and compliance, cross-border transfer pricing dispute resolution and controversy services. 

 

Meanwhile, he also provides multinational corporations cost allocation mechanism planning and implementation, deduction or exemption of withholding tax on cross-border payment, cross-strait taxation privilege planning and application, tax compliance and other tax advisory services for Taiwanese expatriate executives and China tax advisory services.

 

Furthermore, he often invited by Ministry of Finance and the tax authorities to lecture and discuss matters regarding Transfer Pricing, Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) and other tax topics.
