He holds a master’s degree of accounting information, Da-Yeh University and has more than 15 years of working experience specializing in Technology, Media & Telecommunications industry. and providing audit and tax services to state-owned enterprise. Allen is also involved in the consultancy services for IPO, IFRSs assessment, design and implementation.
