Pearl is the Board of KPMG in Taiwan. She provides financial statements audit services, corporate income tax return certifications, IFRS conversion services, IPO and listing service (domestic listing, foreign issuers listing in Taiwan, and overseas listing), planning and advisory service for restructuring and spinoffs. She has extensive experience in gaming , Internet related industries, the industrial and consumer markets, IT, network and communications, and leasing.


She serves as the managing supervisor of Taiwan Internet and E-Commerce Association (TiEA). Members of the TiEA include International networking companies, domestic e-commerce firms, social networking sites, Internet marketing and media, finance, travel, logistics, and digital related field and services and etc.
