Jesse Chen

Jesse Chen joined KPMG in 2012 and has been facilitating clients to complete cross broader M&A initiatives. Prior to joining KPMG, Chen worked with Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance team for 6 years specializing in mergers and acquisitions and business valuation. Moreover, he has 4-year experience in high-tech and investment. He was in IBM and provided IT management consultancy. Afterward he worked as an analyst in a venture capital fund with top-5 largest managed asset in Taiwan in researching on promising industries, screening business plan and conducting due diligence in potential investees.
