KPMG Scholarship (Fellowship) initiative is the scholarship program between KPMG Thailand and university. The program aims at providing scholarship as well as identifying, attracting, and developing young talents to grow with KPMG Thailand.

 

  • What are the qualities you are looking for in the scholars?

    Our scholarships are offered to those with a strong focus to make their mark in a professional services firm. The successful scholarship recipients will have good academic results and be actively involved in co-curricular activities either in school, firm or in the community. We are also looking at candidates who display good leadership with excellent interpersonal skills and have a business mindset. Find out how you can qualify for the KPMG Scholarship.

  • What will I receive if I am given the scholarship award?

    We will provide financial support from years 2-4.  We will also ensure you receive strong support by way of constant coaching and mentoring from experienced managers and partners during the entire duration of your studies and when you commence your employment with us. We will mentor you closely and help you plan your path to achieve your personal and professional goals and aspirations.

    You will also gain internship experience (Audit, Tax or Advisory) and job opportunity at an early stage. You will also gain opportunity to cross borders exposure as you go through two internships (one locally and one in another ASEAN office) during your studies. This is in conjunction with regional leadership programs and projects which you will get involved in. Moreover, you will get involved in projects and firm activities.

  • Is there a bond if I am awarded the scholarship?

    We know that the successful candidates would like to develop a great career with us and we are expecting you to be committed to work after graduation at least 1 year.

  • Where will I be working after graduation?

    You will work in KPMG Thailand in Audit, Tax, or Advisory department. However, you will have the opportunity to explore new challenges in ASEAN countries in the future. 

  • What will my career path be like as a scholar in KPMG?

    You can look forward to rapid career advancement in the firm. You will start as an Associate or Audit Assistant and make your way up to Senior, Assistant Manager, Manager, Director and eventually, Partner of the firm. At every stage of the way, we will provide the necessary learning and guidance through structured learning and milestone programmes, excellent industry exposure and mentoring to ensure that you obtain the maximum benefits of our scholarship program.
