Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Manages client engagements or components of large-scale engagements of moderate complexity;
- Attend client meetings and participate in Board level meetings alongside the Partner/ Director;
- Ensures effective engagement management by achieving realization, revenue, and profitability targets, while maintaining the Firm’s quality standards;
- Contribute to business development initiatives and actively build and maintain professional networks;
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and training to junior team members;
- Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging products and services relevant to the industry; and
- Exercise continuous learning by prioritizing appropriate training and development activities in line with the Firm's/ profession requirements.
Eligibility Requirements
- Completed CISA/CISM Certification with active member status. ACCA/CA qualification will provide an edge.
- Proven experience in IT Audit, preferably with a Big Four accounting firm. Relevant Banking Sector IT Audit experience will also be considered. At least 3-4 years experience will be required.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in reviewing, managing, and recommending improvements to Risk Management, Internal Control, Governance and embedding and testing these in IT environments.
- Proven experience in reviewing utilization and improving core and support business processes across leading ERP platforms, such as Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), SAP ECC/ S/4HANA, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
