Strategy & Operations Advisory

Join our Strategy & Operations Advisory team and help clients turn complex business challenges into practical strategies and actionable plans. Our work spans strategy development, business model design, transformation roadmaps, operating model improvement and impact assessments. We are looking for analytical, motivated individuals who enjoy research, problem-solving and translating insights into clear recommendations.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the development of business strategies, business models and transformation roadmaps;
- Conduct primary and secondary research to understand industry trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and market opportunities;
- Analyse financial, operational, and market data to identify trends, assess performance, and inform recommendations;
- Develop clear, structured presentations, reports and other client deliverables;
- Support stakeholder interviews, client workshops and project discussions.
Senior Consultants will also be expected to take greater ownership of assigned analyses and deliverables, coordinate project activities and contribute to client discussions.
Eligibility Requirements
- Education: ACCA/CA background or a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
- Consultants: Fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of experience.
- Senior Consultants: Candidates with one to two years of relevant experience, preferably in consulting, strategy, research, business analysis or a related role.
Skills and attributes
- Strong research skills, with proven ability to synthesize information and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with confidence working with quantitative and qualitative data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for analysis, PowerPoint for presentations and Word for reports.
- Understanding of market research, competitor benchmarking and market sizing techniques.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to present findings logically and concisely.
- Attention to detail, ownership of work and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Intellectual curiosity, a collaborative approach and a willingness to learn.
