Benjamin Blume, Partner, Performance & Strategy, Integration & Separation, explains how he transforms carve-outs into new company structures in the automotive industry.
Three questions for Benjamin
What motivates you every day?
Benjamin Blume: In my job, I appreciate the variety that each day brings. Every project is unique, even if the underlying problems are similar. The challenge is to find individual solutions for each customer and to develop these together with them and our team. That's what inspires me every day in my projects.
"My customers' challenges are also mine. I work together with the companies to develop and implement solutions."
What does transformation mean to you?
Benjamin Blume: For me, transformation means creating something new. Questioning existing structures and processes and realigning them so that they are even better able to meet future requirements. Every transformation is not just a consulting project, but a development journey together with the customer, in which it is particularly important to take the people with you. Without people who live a transformation, it cannot be successful.
How do you make the difference?
Benjamin Blume: I make the difference because I put my heart and soul into our projects. Because our customers' project goals are also my goals and because I always keep calm in turbulent project situations. I also contribute my in-depth industry knowledge and expertise.
