What motivates you every day?

Anna Richter: I am motivated by the prospect of increasing the company's performance and creating long-term added value by utilising its most important asset, namely its workforce. In doing so, I see the opportunity to develop HR from its previous secondary role into a central success factor.

Anna Richter: The development of an innovative and improved business model to increase performance. As an HR strategist, my main focus is on people, the team and the organisation.

Anna Richter: During transformation processes, I support my clients in successfully overcoming their HR-related challenges and transferring their visions and strategies to the various levels within the organisation - from departments to teams and individual employees.
