KPMG

Three questions for Deborah and Florian

What motivates you every day?

Deborah Wehle: I draw my motivation from the variety that new topics offer me every day and, above all, from working with a wide range of people who bring new views and skills to the table.
Florian Jung: The variety of topics motivates me. I've always loved tricky tasks and there are hardly any trickier tasks than cross-border carve-out projects. And, of course, working in a team motivates me.

„We maintain a structured overview even for complex large-scale projects.”

What does transformation mean to you?

Deborah Wehle: As an expert in the field of separation and integration, I know that transformation is an indispensable part of any successful project. A successful transformation contributes significantly to the sustainable realisation of the transaction and enables companies to achieve their goals. I don't just look at one area, but combine various aspects from operational, cultural and technological areas.

How do you make the difference?

Florian Jung: We can build an interdisciplinary team that has been working together for years and knows each other inside out, even under great time pressure.
